Currently I offer sequence controllers for the following signals:

H or H2 and SA Search Lights (one to two head)

PRR or NW PL signals

Color Position Signals with up to 8 bulb groups (9 possible with mods)

3-Color-Lights (safetran, G type, etc.) and misc multi color heads

Single Headed Searchlight

Key Features:

Wi Fi Control via web browser – no software to install
- Master Relay On and Off
- Initiation of Indication Cycle
- Color selection
- Manual flash feature for any color

Micro USB Powered – can be powered by using Aux terminal and 12v to 5v micro-USB buck-converter. (Power adapter not included)
Optional 3D Printed Case – Not waterproof
Indicator LEDs that display the requested color requested.
Mounted:
- Red, Yellow and Green indicator lights for operator requested color
- Manual indication cycle switch
- Manual reset button
Cycles through Red, Flashing Red, Yellow, Flashing Yellow, Green at preprogrammed rate.
- Adjustable timing through web browser – power off will reset to factor default – rate can be requested.
Lunar option available by special request.
115200 baud serial monitoring available through micro-USB.
Compatible with US&S (H, H2) and GRS (SA) searchlight mechanisms (DC tested only – not on AC lights).
Must have external DC power supply to supply voltage to board for lamp and lens control.

Dual Headed Searchlight

Key Features:

Same as Single Head, difference is control of two heads and indicator color indicating LEDs.

Cycle is set for Red/Red, Flashing Red/Red, Yellow/Red, Green/Red, Red/Red, Yellow/Yellow, Red/Yellow, Red/Green. Reasonable indication cycle changes will be programmed.

Head A is top head, B is lower head.

Notices and Cautions:

This is a homemade electronic device and has been tested and free of any known defects. By installing and using this controller, you accept the risks associated with such. The builder is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use or equipment defects beyond their control.
When controller is powered on or when live DC is connected, do not touch the board as the traces of the board will be conducting power.
Do not lay or mount board on conductive surface.
Always use proper gauge wire and fused connections.
DO NOT draw more than 5 amps through the board.
If using a 5VDC buck-converter to power the board, ensure that the DC power supply is supplying clean DC, noisy DC will cause the controller to not function.
Upon power up, manual reset, and after a power failure the device defaults to a red indication. If this is not desired, protections must be taken to ensure the power if off to the controller until use is desired.
Guaranteed for 90 days free of defect. I can not guarantee the relays beyond that, but if there is a failure beyond that, I will work with you to get it working again.

PRR PL CONTROLLERS

Same web control features as the SHSL/DHSL – independent indication selection and indication delay edit.

One second “dark signal” display between indication changes when cycling.

User specified default cycle times.

Third party board, custom programmed with 3D printed mount. Board does not need 5VDC micro-USB power. Instead runs on the 12VDC supplied for the bulbs. Board comes pre-wired to terminal block included (mounted) and between relays.
