Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In that 30 days, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using either the web form or our Discord server.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • SimHogger pre-sale slots
  • Items that are damaged due to incorrect installation or use (for example, signal controller boards connected to AC instead of DC power)

Product Use and Installation

Many of our products — including SimHogger controllers, signal systems, and other electronics — are not plug-and-play. They are intended for users with basic technical aptitude and an understanding of proper installation, wiring, and operation.
Damage resulting from improper setup, incorrect wiring, or misuse is not covered under warranty or eligible for return.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible.
